5 minute chocolate mousse

ingredients

one container of heavy cream (2 cups)

1/3 cup of cocoa powder

your fake sugar substitute to taste (I used trim healthy mamas super sweet blend and used 1/2 tsp.)

1 teaspoon vanilla

dark chocolate shavings or chunks (optional)

instructions

1. Whip the heavy cream with the vanilla, cocoa powder, and your sugar substitute until it forms hard peaks

2. scoop mixture into shot glass, ramekin, or another serving dish using a spoon or piping bag.

3. sprinkle dark chocolate chunks or shavings onto the top (optional)

2 carbs per serving, 8 servings (not including sugar alcohols)
