Ingredients

5 zucchinis or another vegetable of your choice

3 tablespoons olive oil

salt to taste

other ingredients of your choice (optional)

pepper to taste (optional)

Instructions

 1. zoodle your zucchinis or other vegetable using a zoodler (or this one for a cheaper option). If you do not have one you can use a carrot peeler but it will take quite a bit longer.

2. Heat up a large saucepan and add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and salt to taste. Add the zoodles and stir constantly for 3-5 minutes or until soft. If you are using another vegetable, the cook time will be different. The zoodles will shrink quite a bit.

3. Remove from heat and add any other ingredients you want. One idea could be to add chicken and parmesan cheese.
